ParticipantI think it’s excellent that the cities are doing this. It’s one more step in fixing our housing problem…and should prompt the banks to get the houses back on the market A.S.A.P.
These houses need to be lived in, not kept on bank balance sheets in order to hide the banks’ losses.

ParticipantI guess the shadow inventory is starting to grow a beard and could use a shower. Sorry big banks, time to fix up your mess and get those houses on the market. This is great.
I need to be de-liced after visiting some of the properties I was considering. I always felt it was a crime letting a home go like that…and now it is. Sweet.
