They provide an ogoing credit score on the 20th of each month for free. I believe the credit is pulled from transunion. Additonally you will recieve email alerts any time your credit changes by greater than 20 ponts.
Combine this with http://www.annualcreditreport.com which provides 1 free credit report from each of the 3 major repaorting agencies (equifax, experian , transunion0 and you have a fairly effective way of getting a good idea of where your credit stands without having to pay a ime for it.
