Something to consider, most credit cards charge a fee when you purchase things in another currency (aka Euros). Capital One is one of the few companies that charges you no fees. I hate Capital One…i’ll be honest…but I have paying fees even more!
With that said I have a Chase British Airways Visa and a Amex Platinum in my wallet. They both have always worked great for me.

Not much coming on the market voluntarily these days here either. Kinda expect that to continue for a couple years around here.

If you put at least a few thousand/month on your card and have a family (i.e. spend a lot at grocery stores), the rewards value of the AMEX Blue Cash card works out to be pretty good. I prefer cash-back rewards, as they are the most “liquid.”
