Yong a little information for you. Home was purchased for 1.85M back in 2006. The listing is offered by Matt Battiata. I have not had the greatest luck submitting offers into this listing agents office. To be more specific getting responses back from them is challenging.
Getting back to the home, at the current asking price you would be paying less then 200 ppsf which is not to bad. Do I think Stonebridge will go down more? Yes I do. However I would bet that there are a few offers on this home already. Also you are looking at about 700 bucks a month between hoa and mr.
The pics appear to portray that the home is in decent condition but you need to get in there to take a look.
