So, where are all the eager home buyers that are usuallt posting here? Havent heard from them in a few weeks?

Net gains today are half my annual salary. That’s the way to Rock-n-Roll! However, I lost 1/3 of my annual salary, net, in my portfolio last week. At least I’m back in the black, relative to my portfolio balance as of ten days ago.
Yes, I know. Nobody wants to hear how much money someone else made.
Next, when markets gain another 4% I’ll put STOP LIMITS (sell at market) underneath all long positions. Then hopefully I won’t get stopped out, and I’ll walk those stops up under my positions as this Fool’s Rally takes us up a total of say 20% off the bottom.
So I’m playing safe and not counting on this Fool’s Rally for more than 15% dead cat bounce (and we’ve already seen 11% of that today!)
I DUMPED ALL GOLD this morning. Thank God. Nevertheless, I’m impressed, VERY impressed gold is holding above $820. That says a lot about the strength and interest in gold.
