isn’t FHA 3.5% down? and your credit score can even be not that good. am I missing something??
the only thing is that you have to fully document your income. I heard LTVs can be as high as 50% with FHA.

What are the fees associated with a loan (closing costs, inspections, etc.)? Our credit scores are as close to prefect as possible and have enough cash for a considerable downpayment, so we won’t have a problem qualifiying. We just want to start narrowing what our actual downpayment will be.
