    What do you think of the Coronado market right now? Are prices going to go down much more?

    Love it, reminded me of why to retire there. We are in escrow for a 40 ft lot 3/2 $1.1 couple of blocks from the bay (Downtown side west of Orange). I am afraid that we are not getting a good deal. It is hard to know with the price fluctuations out there.
