Looking at listing in Coronado I’m noticing an increase in Tunnel Flight. In the range from 500K to $2 Mil the vast majority of listings are in the 3rd and 4th Street corridor. Looks to me like the tunnel is really starting to effect the area.
Does anyone know how houses along 4th (the planned tunnel route) will be effected by the tunnel? Why the sudden surge in listings?
CDMA ENG, I think the tunnel is for military personnel only. For all other people, they would have to continue using the bridge. However, to raise fund to build the tunnel, they’ll reinstate the toll fee for the bridge.
