    Doesn’t appear to be any panic going on in Coronado. People just don’t sell if they can’t get their price.

    There may not be panic but I’m seeing lots of reductions. I know of a couple of recent sales that are 20% below peak. I also personally know two people who are in trouble and trying to get rid of their properties.
