These packages have anywhere from 50-200 SFR in them. Typical pricing is apx .68 to current value. No one wants to believe it here, but the bottom is closer than people realize. ”
This is a little concerning. What will the impact be?

ParticipantThe densest clusters are recent condo conversions in my neck of the woods. These were converted from apartment complexes in 2005-2006, and thus sold at the peak.
This is from my knowledge of my little patch of the county, your mileage may vary in other locales.
