OK. I will have to try your system.
It’s a really simple system…..
Let’s give a couple of examples.
Example 1: Say your spouse is nagging you on something. Make a decision
#1: (Uh,huh, yes honey, yes honey..uh hun.. (goes in one ear, comes out the other)
#2: (Ok fine honey…But since I’m doing this, you do this for me, and this, and this ,and this…And by the way, this also needs to be done)
#3: (This is where the two of you get into a long fight)….
Example 2: Government spends a crap load of money on crap…
#1: Whatever
#2: . Hmmm, why don’t I refinance and get a ridiculous loan, and pocket the rest of the money…Hmmm those appliances look really nice after the cash for for clunker
#3: Run for office.
Example #3: All this green stuff is making me sick….
#1: (whatever, not like any of it is making any money right now)
#2: Hmmm, someone’s offering to recycle my crap for free. Time to dig get all my stuff I couldn’t dispose of and have them take care of it for free. Hmmm, I hear L.A. is giving away free energy star appliances. Why don’t I call a friend and give them all my appliances so they can trade it in, on my behalf. Automatic upgrade for me at no cost..
#3: Cool, that means I can get a good deal on the Caddy Escalade that I always wanted….

Funny that’s what I think of Conservatives….lol Despite plunging us into Great Recession, they insist Bush style deregulation is the only way to run this country. They accuse the Left for wanting to re-distribute wealth all the while under GOP watch the wealth is re-distributed UP to the wealthiest 2% and middle class is destroyed.
They advocate for small government yet wants government to tell them who they can marry and what scientific research is allowed. They want small government but wants to make sure the government has the right to monitor everything you do, require you to prove your citizenship on the spot and torture who “they” deem threat. They want small government but wants government to tell none-Christian religions where they can or can’t build their place of worship.
How is that rational?
My, what an ignorant, insulting and ultimately bigoted post. I’m a conservative, and yet don’t believe in any of those things.
As a former soldier, I’m categorically against torture and do not support warrantless wire-tapping, Patriot Act (I or II) or any of the various rendition programs (started during a Democratic administration).
As a thinking Catholic, I can state that you don’t have a clue what you’re talkinga about, as I come from a tradition that asserts that both Faith and Reason are necessary for enlightenment and advancement.
As a person who not only reads history, but uses it to gain perspective, I’d challenge your assertion that Dubya “plunged us into the Great Depression” and would encourage you to look at nearly 40 years of feckless, self-serving legislators and legislation from both parties that landed us in the mess we’re in.
Nothing is stupider than someone who labels another before finding out what that person thinks or believes. If you employed the same non-sensical, irrational approach to people based on race, sexual orientation or beliefs, you’d rightfully be branded as a small-minded, homophobic bigot.
