ParticipantThe house in question seems very exposed to traffic on Serbal and Avellano.The single level that is caddy corner is a very nice house. It is on a very large lot and is shielded from the street much better. Price does need some work. HOA/fees are pretty modest for what you get and shouldnt stop you. With that said, i wouldnt buy either of them if I was shopping today.
