ParticipantI think the problem with the word recovery is that it implies some semblance of normalcy. Nothing will ever be normal again. We are kind of in a sick recovery. Prices increasing = Beijing bubble != (<>) Burst!
Bottom line as long as wealthy Asians keep bailing out of China with real estate riches then San Diego and indeed most of California’s prices will maintain sky high levels. There is already signs China intents to put an end to the bubble so this may not bode well for San Diego.
