Is there any good site that would show me recent closed sales in San Diego area? Either free or for a reasonable fee. I’ve been using sdlookup.com but it keeps getting more and more outdated (as of today it’s only showing sales through 10/24). Zillow shows some recent sales but it’s comprehensive.
Same thing with foreclosures. sandiegoforeclosurereport.com is great but its listings haven’t been updated for weeks.
