ParticipantI think Union Bank was on the list. But you’re right. Some banks were forced to take it.
Edit: My mistake. It’s Union Bankshares. I think it’s different than Union Bank. Maybe I should just open an account there.

ParticipantIt’s a nice idea but ya know they will just give the big boyz more tax payer funds if it ever affected business. I think their prop up at all costs attitude shows that.

ParticipantCome on, Arraya. Give us some hope. Think globally, act locally. We gotta try something other than read about the BS while our hands are tied and they’re picking our pockets. At least if we go to a bank that isn’t TARP funded, we’re helping the little ones out.
