What if you rent let’s say in LJ zip code, your child starts school in, e.g. LJ elementary, and THEN you move/buy/rent in another zip code, e.g. Clairemont. DO you HAVE to move the child in the next academic year, or when he starts middle school, or can she continue in LJ schools?

[/quote]While you’re driving around Clairemont be sure to look at the Stonehaven development. Stonehaven is a small unique planned development with two lakes. It was built in the late-70s/early-80s and a bit newer than most of Clairemont.
I don’t think Stonehaven shows up on maps so it’s a bit hard to find. The main entrance is off Jutland Drive.
