I read it as Citi Bank at first. Why should they copycat even bank names? Funny when you consider a British bank (HSBC) is named HongKong & Shanghai Banking Corp.

Right! I don’t know how many times I’ve heard rumors of anywhere from China to Warren Buffet trying to buy a stake in Bear Stearns, homebuilders and even Countrywide. All of those companies are turds and all of the rumors have yet to materialize into anything. Funny how the rumors come when the US markets are getting hit and bloodied.
If China wants to buy a company that has been selling them 100s of billions in bad paper they can be my guest!
