I think I’m not really depressed. I think I’m just so anxious for so long that I get exhausted and collapse into what looks like depression.
Pretty clear to me now that I drank every day to patch over this and engaged in excessive exercise to try to balance the brain.
Marriage therapy is pretty intense. The dynamic changes with someone watching u go through your paces.
I want more therapy! Maybe daily…
The Buddhists are also helping me.
