When is some wise person going to silence this bozo once and for all?
I am so irked that KOGO permits this jackass to shoot his mouth off about how ‘great real estate’ in San Diego is and yadda yadda. He has pro-realtor scum on the show and makes me puke.
The argument that Chowderhead spews is that
1. San Diego is so desirable place to live
2. No more land available to build
3. Price correction is very short lived
What I would love to see is
1. Debate on KOGO against him
2. For him to lose and shutup once and for all
Will this ever happen? KOGO appears to be owned by pro-real estate types on
the airwaves so doubt it.
KOGO is a joke. Not sure what qualifications Chowderhead has to begin with but obviously his purpose is to spout pro real estate propoganda. The rest of the station is just a right wing propoganda machine with shows aimed at the trailer park demographic like Rush Limbaugh. The only reedeming quality of KOGO is the Jeff Kinney surf report.
