SouFun, the biggest online Realtor in China is organizing a trip of investors to come to California. There are restriction on taking funds out of China, but that would appear to be a minor hurdle. The attraction seems to be falling property prices, and the Chinese love of bricks and mortar. However, the idea has apparently met with resistance, and many think their fellow countrymen are nuts. Realtors out there might want to brush up on their Mandarin.
