Is there proof that he was on drugs? Also, what about occluded blood flow?
May 31, 2020 at 1:27 PM #817690zkParticipantI would be surprised if he were found not guilty.
But if he is found not guilty, I would be surprised if the ensuing civil unrest is not far worse than after the Rodney King verdicts. Like L.A. after the King verdicts, but nationwide.

they’ll find something.
occluded blood flow? speculative. cause of death cannot be determined. reasonable doubt. not guilty.

dont worry. every single human thinks they can “be fair”. plenty of eligible jurors out there who have “formed no opinion or judgment” on the matter, they will say under oath. They’ll keep an open mind. Video? I don’t recall seeing any video. Mustve missed it.

Maybe. Still, I think he’ll get convicted of murder. And if not, mayhem. Not “he’ll be convicted of mayhem.” But “(if he’s not convicted of murder,) there will be mayhem.”

he’s only facing 25 max on 3d degree murder (not a charge in CA). so maybe it’ll plead out for 7. or 10?. be out in half?
that seems about right. 1st offense. lots of good prior works, i’m sure, lots of people to speak up for his good polcie work in the past, senior officer, pillar of the community and so forth.
. good guy, 7 years is fair.
he made a mistake. his whoel life shouldnt be defined by one mistake under extreme pressure ina volatile situation.
it really was an accident. he didn’t want the guy to die.
he just wanted the guy to obey his lawful orders, to stop resisting.
he was just sending a message, a good message. behave. do not resist the police. do not break the law.
3 1/2 with good time, plus credit time served, be out before the vaccine.
just need lots of delay, till things calm down. thisll be old news in 2023, we will be gearing up for the enxt election, there will be a dozen new outrages in between, plead it out then. definitely do not want to go to trial for many years.
justice served up piping cold. the beatings will continue until morale improves
