I am surprised no one has discussed Airoso by Standard Pacific. I thought these places were pretty nice.
Not greater than 1600sqft, and location Scarlett wouldn’t be happy wih. Double whammy.

February 27, 2009 at 3:16 PM #356565jpinpbParticipantScarlett – I’m sure you’ve already seen this, but JIC, 13560 Elderberry just got reduced to 519k. It’s just slightly over 1600sf.
It unfortunately does have MR and HOAs, but Seller will pay closing costs or upgrade allowance up to $10,000.
They started out at 559k, in December. You can always just throw a lowball offer on it (under 500k). The worst they can say is no.
Personally, I think it needs to be lower, but at least you’re aware of what’s out there and pricing.

February 28, 2009 at 10:35 PM #357510ScarlettParticipantThanks, JP, that wouldn’t be too bad. To keep in mind. I won’t buy until next year anyway, but there are signs I will find what I want at the price I want in the future. I’ll keep my eyes open. SDlookup is a great help with that.
BTW, an Antares of 1608 sf has just been listed for $550K. Priced to sell, and I think it will, rather quickly. I think the location of Antares beats the one of Costa del Sol.
Cheers!
