I’ll leave the pros to give you something more than my anecdotal answer, but I would be miserable in either, especially the one right on the corner, though they are both kinda corner units. The road noise would be unacceptable to me.

So you really can’t tell anything by the asking prices of these houses. When you see the sold prices, then we’ll have a couple of data points.
