ParticipantI’ll leave the pros to give you something more than my anecdotal answer, but I would be miserable in either, especially the one right on the corner, though they are both kinda corner units. The road noise would be unacceptable to me.

ParticipantThe one on Gaylemont was also a short sale. A lot of times they’ll list a short sale very low and get many offers above the asking price. So you really can’t tell anything by the asking prices of these houses. When you see the sold prices, then we’ll have a couple of data points.

ParticipantI believe the first one previously was listed over 1.2million if it’s the one with the swimming pool… If so, I also believe the sales was due to a marriage separation. So I believe this is a distress sale, though for another reason.
