I don’t think this kind of Properties loss would fall in our general bubble trend. There could be a chance any millionaire who is not in worry about money “may go for this soon around 1.5M price” – but still that really wouldn’t fall in our general middleclass estimations who are anxiously looking to fall the 600K house that bought in 2004 should be now by 500K

I had been following your thread for a while, but I am not very familiar with CV and didn’t realize this house was near the one you wrote about. Surprised the listing agent didn’t work the same angle as Caminito Stella as that worked out so well for the sellers/bank.
