1226 sq ft home, 2b/2b was gone after 3-4 days of listing. It was listed at $515-$530K. There was a similar house nearby that was sold for about $570K in the summer of last year. It will be interesting to see what the Sales price is.
I and my wife really like this home but price is still slightly out of our range. Our main problem now is the down payment. It seems like you need $130K+ cash on hands. Hope something similar will be around $450-$470K when it hits the bottom.
Yeah $400+ per sq ft is expensive. But someone is buying it. The house is small but that is the only thing in Carmel Valley (near the 5 fwy) that I think I might be able to afford. I need to live near Mira Mesa but don’t like most of it. Except the newer homes along Calle Cristobal which are not cheap either.
