– Get the APN number from sdlookup or redfin.
– Plug the APN into the billpayer field in the prop tax database to get either the seller or buyer (if it’s a recent transaction, it could be the seller still.)

– Take that name (in this case Utopia Realty Advisors) and plug it into a grant deed search on the recorders website
