We are looking to buy a 3000 sq foot home in a family
oriented neighborhood. We have one child in preschool and would
like to have another one. We want a home in an area with a good
school system. We were thinking of 4S Ranch as prices have come
down quite a bit. We like the coast but cannot afford Encinitas Ranch.
We are now thinking of the new master planned community, the Foothills,
off Cannon. Does anyone have insight on this area? How is the location
and school district? Would this be a better buy than 4S Ranch?
