Same thing is happening in my area. One house on my street lost $65,000 in two years, and one at 8989 Hampe Ct. in PQ just sold:
7-05 $785,000
4-07 $700,000
Ouch, $85,000 bite!
The tax records say the last sale for 2808 El Rastro was for $165,000 in 1987. Not sure where you get the other numbers.
Good I want to buy a place in Carlsbad to be close to clients in Orange County and Los Angeles. Prices need to drop more because it is in middle of nowhere.
So why did this post see the light of day?
