Which leads to the obvious conclustion:
” ‘It appears the worst of the price correction is behind us,’ ”

because

“At least part of the decline in the median prices of homes in the United States is because sales have shifted away from more expensive homes.”

Oh – and I forgot:
The tile is

“Home prices fell 6.6 percent in 1Q”

but inside the article it says:

“The national median existing single-family home price was $212,300, down 1.8 percent from a year ago ”

Was this written by a third-grader ?

But how could you fail to include this little gem:
