Clean up the yard, a little trim work, a fresh coat of paint inside and out, ikea flooring and it’s a charming cottage.

Looks like it is back on the market https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/2985-New-Jersey-Ave-Lemon-Grove-CA-91945/17016852_zpid/ of course according to zillow it just increased 13.3% in the last 30 days which puts it right about where the buyer can still make a nice little profit without actually doing anything. Good grief, next sucker please!
