Generally a listing agreement is between you the seller and the broker, (brokerage). All agents actually are under the employ of the broker. So the listing agent may have signed the agreement, however the actual listing really belongs to the broker. (An example would be if that agent went and left the brokerage, the listing would still belong to the broker/brokerage, and would not move with the agent to the new brokerage unless she received permission from her original broker to take it with her and give it to her new broker)
If you are unhappy simply call the broker up and ask the broker to go ahead and have the listing agents name put on the MLS listing because you were under the impression her name would be attached to your listing, not somebody on the team.
