I just checked the tax records and there is nothing recorded, not even a new loan. FWIW the new loan amount is still significantly more than their original purchase price though the house has been the beneficiary of a major and beautiful remodellin effort. Participantsdr – the loan mods I have seen were not recorded as well.
cardiff – Maybe eventually they do get recorded but it would not matter as they do NOT, nor WILL THEY EVER get used as comps.
