Thanks ocrenter. I can’t figure out if schizo is a genuine but not very grounded future home buyer, or a real estate insider trying to boost the market. Presenting the real data you did here, as clearly as you did here, should wake up any people taken in by schizo’s bottom-calling.

I strongly suspect he was the latter. It was all typical cheerleader stuff. If not, he should prove it by posting the info on the home he claims he'll purchase in the next 30 days.
