If you’re talking safety of investment, a detached home is better than a condo, historically speaking. I would be a little worried about the features listed on the website:

Agree with the comment above on condos as permabear above.
Funny thing with a lot of the ads is that all those things are standard in most any new development from here to Santee. 🙂
