ParticipantI have found that any time a commodity takes off and increases suddenly it is soon followed by a big correction. I sold my silver at 37.50 and of course it is now at $42, but either way unless silver oxide batteries are just around the corner and the metal will suddenly have a huge demand I doubt it will hold over the next month. But take that with some salt it is only my $0.02

Participanti wouldnt be surprised to see silver double or fall by 80% in the next year. I wouldnt be surprised to see gold rise by 50% or fall by 50%.
i still think dollar cost averaging in is a better bet than keeping money in t hebank.
but i am shopping for large freezers.
