I use them regularly and have never had a bad experience. If you are going to want a large sum of a specific currency, they like you to call ahead so they can make sure they have it on hand.
If you don’t think you’ll need the currency for a second trip later, they will even re-exchange whatever cash you have left over when you return.

ParticipantId tell you to have atleast a few euros on you before you leave. You dont want to be hostage to whatever is available at the airport. Your plane is late and you get in late and the ATM is broken, you are screwed. I know people who have been there done that.
