This thread really, really, cracks me up. Something about sharks and blood in the water. Looks like some peoples delicate sensibilities were hurt.
Here’s a clue. The only poster who got this issue right is Mark Holmes.
You realtors have to come grips with the reality that the remaining housing bears are going to be holding all of the cards in regards to the future of your chosen profession. Some of you get it (Klinge and Adam) and some of you do not…although you are getting close (Rustico).

Hey i caught more yellowtail form a plywood panga in Tijuana than I did in countless full fair sportfishers out of point loma.
JWM. of course Markholmes got it right but the debate wasn’t about getting it right IMO. I guess I’ll throw a party when you, Marion, Klinge and Adam decide I have it right. Klinge and Adam can sponsor it.
