Shea generally builds a nice home. My advice would be no sooner than the 3rd weekend of January. Ideallly the weekend after the Super Bowl. That is the kickoff weekend for the best selling season of the year. House should sell in February and close by the end of March. You might be able to swing a rent back for a month or so also. Should be right on time for you.
