As to whether San Diego real estate is better or worse than any other place, I’ve learned from sad experience to only buy something that is no more than fifteen minutes from your house. If you don’t keep an eye on your places, they tend to “slip” quickly. No property management company cares about your property the way you do.

I mean, every few months people were coming and going. I’m sorry that I can’t tell you now, but a few short months ago, that’s what it was like. [/quote]
What complex were you in?

Are you shxtting me? That’s not just insane, this orgasmic insane. Are we back to 2005 pricing or something? I must have missed the past 6-8 months of appreciation.
Side note. Looking on sdlookup, I can’t help but see the entries for.

Looks like the attached inventory is somewhat less than I previously looked a couple of months ago. Perhaps it’s just me, but it seems like what is active looks less than appealing.
