ParticipantIn my opinion, paying $1.1 million for a house right across a public school is crazy. Firstly, you will have a lot o f traffic twice a day with a lot of noise and exhaust. Your kids will also have to cross the street which may not be always safe.Secondly, you’ll have a hard time selling the house.

ParticipantI second the last two comments: A house across from an elementary school is likely not worth 1.1M. Definitely bubble price. (I think it may be probably up to 40% overpriced).
