ParticipantI’ll add one thing to the list. Ask the agent what they own and whether they are underwater. Find out if they bought anything between 2004 and 2007. If you have ability to check what they owe all the better.
Seriously, if an agent cant manage their own affairs properly how well do you think they can manage yours?
