Yea that is the nicest area in TV probably,

But there is La Cresta and the area just over the hills to the west as well.

And Bear Creek can’t leave that one out.

Valencia used to be a lot like that, that was the master planned community the place to be etc… in Santa Clarita (It got older), then Saugus (about 10 miles north interesting enough) became the new area, the place to be, best schools etc….
Now I think it has moved to the new new area Stevenson’s ranch.

Things change .. you never know what can happen.

Oh yah, one of my other observations in life is that it always seems someone else has the “perfect” setup like

I just got this new job – it took me 2 weeks to get it, I never went to college, I make 200k a year + 20% bonus and I have off summers.

And, oh yah, I almost forgot, I get to work from home.
