I have been an agent for 10, or so, years. I took a sabatical when I started to think most commissions constituted “ill gotten gains”. I consider myself a highly qualified dabbler. I am also a General Contractor and a small scale RE investor.
If you have ideas of slandering me,and I hope not, hold on a minute and read the archives first. I have posted as Rustico also.Anyway, if you choose to start with the “Big chunk or slow decline thread”. I am not holding myself to the sidelines anymore….It’s that I threw my conscience in the trash or anything like that.I hope I am being genuine.I think so?

April 30, 2009 at 1:48 PM #390361paramountParticipantTV does not equal Temecula.
TV is a pretty large area.
I am referring to right smack in the middle of Temecula south of Rancho California and north of Temecula Parkway. Arguably the most prime real estate in Temecula.

Yea that is the nicest area in TV probably,
But there is La Cresta and the area just over the hills to the west as well.
And Bear Creek can’t leave that one out.
Valencia used to be a lot like that, that was the master planned community the place to be etc… in Santa Clarita (It got older), then Saugus (about 10 miles north interesting enough) became the new area, the place to be, best schools etc….
Now I think it has moved to the new new area Stevenson’s ranch.Things change .. you never know what can happen.
