This pigg did a great job understanding things and maneuvering himself into position to make the move with relative peace and confidence. Great Job!
While he has been doing this my property has gone down somewhere between 200k-300k and I am still very happy with my situation because my real estate purchases have all been at reasonable to great prices. My sense is that this is what some of the buyers who have been patient up until now, and beyond, will be feeling once they make the change to ownership.
