Congrats, Bubblesitter. Hopefully it is a place that you will enjoy. Sounds like you are happy about the purchse. W/wife and kids, it’s tough to keep putting it off. You resisted for a while, so I understand the concern.

Hopefully the purchase was not fear motivated. I’m sensing a lot of that lately, people talking about inventory low, rates low, buy now b/c prices are going to go up, up and away – again. The pressure is rather annoying. People should buy when it’s right for them and it sounds like it was time for you to jump in. Enjoy your home! I’m happy for you.

And I second SD R’s comments….also a part of the congrats is that BS is doing something that obviously makes him happy and he can now get on with the rest of his life.

Getting an absolute killer deal is not the top priority of all of us on this board (though he may have found one)…most of us want to find a home we love at a decent price and go in with our eyes wide open. Which is exactly what he’s done.
