I guess I’m posting this because it was a property I was somewhat interested in last year.
2939 Helix St, Spring Valley 91977 is currently a short sale for $180K. The amazing part is it was purchased in June of 2008 for $304K.
I know there could be good reason why the buyers aren’t able to make the payments after only 8 months, but I think it shows how quickly prices continue to fall in the zip code.
It could also be that this is the classic knife catcher who was looking for the v shaped recovery. I wonder how much cash was put down.
Could also be a candidate for worst picture on the MLS. Who takes a picture at night?
