Effective Demand
ParticipantI’m curious to peoples thoughts a year or two into homeownership. Have things been like you thought? What do you enjoy most/least, etc.

I was prepared for another 20% drop in price, so, I was definitely pleasantly surprised when it went the other way. Owning the home vs renting is everything I thought it would be and much more. DIY projects are fun and gratifying. What I like least is the itch to do all the DIY projects at once.November 29, 2010 at 2:47 PM #633958an
