when i hear people talk about their loan mods, things like this, it makes me think the downside risk is large, the upside possibilities small. makes me feel icky about participating in such a
market.i think i’d rather live in Cuba than somalia. better parties? North korea is my second choice. then somalia.

Our sales tax started out at 0%, and now it is approaching 10% and they still want to squeeze in another half percent and people are tired of this.

Your sales tacos are high because capital taxes are low.
The prop 13 tax freeze capped property taxes so long held properties pay less then starter homes. That was a maqasive intergenerational tax.
Then finical instruments are not taxed so your consumption is.
