Hmm. BAC is looking pretty tasty at $7/share….
SDR, can you post a link of the details? All I could google was a March 2010 BAC forgiveness program available only to Countrywide subprime customers for up to 30% of the loan balance. In this program, the bank would forgive up to 6% per year for five years as long as the homedebtor kept up timely payments.

I don’t know… BAC was trading at $5 last December.
