Wonder why everybody stopping payment, increasing NOD?

Best scenario:
1. Stop your house payment (put money in your bank)
2. Try get modification/principal reduction
3. Stop your job and apply for unemployment benefit
4. Stay with unemployment benefit as long as you can
5. Find a way to pay for health insurance with the lowest fee.
6. Go on vacation every 2 months or so.

went to work.

plan to work until I am dead.

have health insurance for all of us, thankfully never use it ever!

scaredy – do you hate vacations b/c you hate the travelling portion? You know, like if they perfect teleportation and you could be relaxing on a beach in Hawaii or checking out some historic sights in Europe, would you still hate it?

i will not teleport. I like to stay at home and at work. I am willing to go to the beach or a bookstore but that’s it. (no movies either –too expensive and no pause button). but will only venture out on weekends. i do not like variety or the uncertainty of being elsewhere or living in a home that mightbe foreclosed on. i wonder if people who crave adventure and variety are more liekly to be less conservative financially.
